I read this in the news a couple of days ago, and it made me pretty sick to my stomach. What type of children are we raising that a couple dozen people stood there and watched it happen without stepping in or calling for help for the poor girl. What's more sick is the fact that word spread, and still nobody called. It's disturbing.
