Now i created this topic to see if anyone else liked or still likes this genre of games, because from what i can see on the internet apart from old gamers (20 - 30), germans and myself (18). We seem to be the only ones to find these gems from the so called golden age of gaming good or even fun.
It seems today many gamers young and my own age or even older tend to be caught up in the action pact point, click, blow up gaming styles that have become so successful. And I know that old puzzle games (not even point and click) have evolved into every genre known to man. You cant find a single, single player game that doesnt seem to have at least 1 remnant from these old genres.
I was just wondering if anyone my age or even younger remember or even treasure these old games.
Such as:
Day of the tentacle
Monkey Island
Broken sword
Beneath a steel sky
Fantastic Dizzy
