Yay, Star Wars: the Force Unleashed is released in 12 days.  I might be able to get a 360 the day after.

The only thing wrong with that statement, is you're getting the wrong system. :lol: On the other hand, the game looks so goddamn fun. I downloaded the demo on my PS3, and it's.. just so friggin fun. The fact that you can just like, finally truly use The Force the way I personally have wanted Star Wars games to utilize it.. it's just so badass. There's tons of different attack combos for different situations, too. I can't wait.

That, and WAR. My friend and I were able to play open beta, and it's just so fun. Though, there's an unusually large amount of bugs still in the game with it being so close to release, but when I look back, WoW didn't exactly start perfect, either. I mean, has anyone ever actually -played- WoW version 1.0? Oh em gee.

Guitar Hero has gotten pretty awful. Rock Band has not. Since the studio responsible for the first two Guitar Heroes (HARMONIX) left the franchise and went over to create Rock Band while Activision picked Guitar Hero up and gave it a severe crap-paintjob, I wouldn't say that Rock Band is going to get dull as a franchise very soon, although Guitar Hero is pretty much on life support.

Pokemon platinum definitely wont be out this fall. with D/P it came out in japan sep.2006
and we didn't get it until april. :/ I believe the gap with emerald was even greater.

what im looking forward to the most this winter is persona 4. Cant wait!

I didn't get too far though, Amy just joined the party.

I really like the battle system so far. The only thing bad about it is the what seems like adobe flash movie opening and it just feels slow.

One of the more cooler things is the option to like have multiple responses for almost everything some one says to you. I never played another bioware game but I see were all the hype comes from.

Don't bother with The Force Unleashed unless you're a big Star Wars fan.  The Game is literally Dynasty Warriors with force powers and it's really boring and buggy.  The game itself isn't even finished as the points system wasn't integrated into the final level (seriously there's an "insert command line" in the area).

That and Shaak Ti is fucking ugly.  Tartakovsky's vision of her was perfect and this game ruined it.
