I haven't actually read more than the first couple sentences in your RP thread, but you totally used that place name generator, didn't you? I used that for some stuff a while back, but I think I'm gonna change it since it makes really easily recognizable names.

it's about half and half. i used the generator for a few names I was really stuck with (libennia, norvanis) and slightly altered a few. names like lucidia and altus come from other sources (altus is the latin word for ancient and secret, for example)
