Netplay Plus Master Thread

We have the server running and everything. Everything has been worked out and sorted, etc. etc. etc.

But when u start the game it says no server, even though it is there.

Could someone please help me?

You have to go into the server folder and run "main.rb" when promted press "y" then enter and it should work. You need ruby installed on your computer.

needs to be
Host = "127.0.0.1" For internal access or go to ipchicken.com to find your external ip.

can one say me how can i make accounts? i can the accounts page but they dont work realy how can i make accounts withhout the accounts page? or how can i configure the account page that it work?

1. Choices are messed up. You chose whatever choice, and it runs through ever single answer for every choice.

I got the same problem... why is this? i had another version of np+ before i think it was 1.7 and it never did that so.. is there a way to fix it or to go around it?

P.S this is with version 1.6 of np+

The reason why there has been no answer is because support for all 1.x versions of Netplay + has been DISCONTINUED! It's been like that for quite some time, since before the devs quit.

Seph, it stands to reason that things were fixed between 1.6 and 1.7, that's the whole point of a new one being released...

The reason why there has been no answer is because support for all 1.x versions of Netplay + has been DISCONTINUED! It's been like that for quite some time, since before the devs quit.

Yeah i know but i just thought i should ask in case it was an easy edit as i had a 1.7 version that worked AND i had a 1.6 that worked once.... cant remember but im pretty sure it was a 1.6.x i had that worked once.. anyway i hope they make a better version of that cause its easy and i dont really need anything better like np+ 2.0 :p i got the np+2 up too though its not too hard but i would still like the 1.6 for now if not 1.7 but i guess il just have to wait for a while and see what happens... ':|

I think though, for your problem, you just need to copy and paste the "Interpreter" from 1.7 into your version, replacing the one already there. But I'm not sure, that was a long long time ago.

You'd have to script a register scene yourself. It's pretty easy to use the web one, most of it's premade.

I dunno how hard it would be to edit the 1.x version of the register scene to be used in 2.0.
