imho a lot of the icons look crooked and pillowshaded.. aside of that it looks pretty decent, since these icons are mere practice, and you haven't been doing these for very long.
I took the liberty of revamping one of your icons.. actually there was nothing left of your icon in the end ^^'

but here are some things I hope might help you:
1. always keep the lightsource in mind
2. by forgetting shades in your icon, things look out of place
3. keep your palette to a minimum and try to keep the random pixels to a minimum as well
