basically the same advice I have for half the artists on this forum
1. first and foremost, study faces and anatomy. you're not as bad as some people I've seen when it comes to this, but it could still use some refining.
2. don't start drawing anime. you can do anime after you've learned about anatomy and the placement of facial features, but if you learn the basics from anime you're going to be crippled as an artist. that's already the case with too many artists on this site. don't let it happen to you too.
and one special
3. pay some more attention to the feet. I can definitely see you've been getting lazy at this point; feet aren't sausage rolls or cylinders, and people notice if you just kind of phone in part of your drawing.
