Master of the Wind (Complete!)

Oh my God! This is brilliant!

Guys you can't trick me... April the first. Happy Aprilfools everyone. I am working at an elementary school. People tried to trick me about 50 times today... But I had a good laugh ^^

Rest assured we haven't been resting on our Laurels (pun intended).

Hey, speak for yourself, buddy. Last night, I was resting on my Laurel all night long, and she loved it.

The main page has been updated to reflect our transition. We're working hard on Arc I of MotW Ver. II...the nice part is, I don't have much to do cause all the dialogue's already written! Though perhaps we need a few more amusing sidekicks and musical numbers.

I for one do not approve. RMVX has shredded the efficiency of proud RMXP users everywhere for too long.

What I think -- and I'm no specialist -- is that all of the bad things that are currently going on are a symptom of RMVX's soporific pronouncements. They are not a cause; they are an effect. It may seem senseless to say that what may seem insignificant or humorous to RMVX is often hurtful and confusing to others. Nevertheless, the position can be defended. We are being insidiously, conspiratorially, and treasonously led by deception, by bribery, by coercion, and by fear to institutionalize vandalism through systematic violence, distorted religion, and dubious science. I'll stand by that controversial statement and even assume that most readers who bring their own real-life experience will agree with it. At a bare minimum, it's quite easy for RMVX to bombastically declaim my proposals. But when is it going to provide an alternative proposal of its own? Whenever that question is asked, RMVX and its protégés run and hide. I suspect that that's precisely what they're going to do now so as to avoid hearing me say that RMVX keeps missing my point. More specifically, it keeps getting hung up on my words without seeing the underlying meaning. For example, when I say that RMVX should pay for its mistakes, RMVX seems incapable of realizing that what I'm really getting at is that its mind has limited horizons. It is confined to the immediate and simplistic, with the inevitable consequence that everything is made banal and basic and is then leveled down until it is deprived of all spiritual life.

The pen is a powerful tool. Why don't we use that tool to encourage individuals to come out of their cocoons and flourish? Everyone ought to read my award-winning essay, "The Naked Aggression of RMVX". In it, I chronicle all of RMVX's ethics from the gormless to the lewd and conclude that RMVX keeps trying to deceive us into thinking that the purpose of life is self-gratification. The purpose of this deception may be to marginalize dissident voices. Or maybe the purpose is to support hostile governments known for human rights abuses, wrongful imprisonment, and slavery. Oh what a tangled web RMVX weaves when first it practices to deceive.

RMVX's declamations promote a redistribution of wealth. This is always an appealing proposition for RMVX's myrmidons because much of the redistributed wealth will undoubtedly end up in the hands of the redistributors as a condign reward for their loyalty to RMVX. I suppose we could get RMVX to shut up by breaking down our communities. Obviously, that RMVX-esque scheme is akin to throwing out the baby with the bath water. Let me propose instead that we take off the kid gloves and vent some real anger at RMVX. Why does RMVX want to plague our minds? I believe it's to create such chaotic conditions in our lives that we'll welcome massive regulation, police restraints, and New World Order socialist oppression just to get order again. If you don't believe me then consider that RMVX is a bacillus in the foul gut of incendiarism. At the risk of sounding a tad redundant, let me add that RMVX is intellectually dishonest in everything it says and does. If, after hearing facts like that, you still believe that inconsiderate theologasters are inherently good, sensitive, creative, and inoffensive, then there is obviously no hope for you.

Do not listen to Atemu. The pragmatic argument: Honesty and responsibility have no cash value and are therefore worthless. The emotional argument: Everyone and everything discriminates against him -- including the writing on the bathroom stalls. As you can see, neither argument is valid, which should indicate to you that the unalterable law of biology has a corollary that is generally overlooked. Specifically, Atemu has -- not once, but several times -- been able to force me to undergo "treatment" to cure my "problem" without anyone stopping him. How long can that go on? As long as his venal deeds are kept on life support. That's why we have to pull the plug on them and fight scurrility and slander. As I conclude this letter, let me remind you that my goal in writing it was not only to fight to the end for our ideas and ideals. I sought also to use this letter as a means to follow through on the critical work that has already begun.

Edit: How much longer must I go on, and could I go on, before getting reported as spam? :x

At the point when I read "RMVX's soporific pronouncements" I thought to myself, "Hm, that adjective does not match that noun in that context at all... Reives must've found one of those goofy essay-generators," hahaha... nice :)

The fact that you actually knew what it meant alone gets a kudos from me. :p

So, to get back on-topic, how is the production of Arc V going?

Reives, that's hilarious.

Maybe now you'll be able to touch up on the crappy story.

Funny you should mention that, because this revamping of the game brings with it another change...rather than drag out the mystery of Sparrow's identity for several arcs, we're going to provide instant gratification! Thus the masked assassin's identity will be revealed in a brief cutscene immediately before the first appearance of our heroes in Arc I! Here's a screenshot from that crucial scene.

Hey...who are those folks on the left?!

Also, MotWFan, thank you for the kind words. It's a shame the timing of your post was so unfortunate, but we do appreciate it.

Holy crap that's Human Stoic! There, right under Aluxes!

...What happened to his bones when he got turned into an undead?

Also, I like the idea of the Sparrow cutscene...Mayne even kill of Kovak and Ketsu in the first Arc, that should improve the story quite a bit.

But of course the joke is stopping due to the phrase "April Fools!", so I shall now jump off the dead horse. I have nothing but good things to say about the current story of Motw.

Also, Chibi Finley FTW. That is all. Good night, and have a pleasant tomorrow.

Oh, hey. Is that dude from the Ice Cave coming back? Sweet. I was wondering if he'd ever show up again.

Edit: Ha! I was messing about with that complaint generator and look what I got!
It is imperative that I give you the following information, which Sparrow wants concealed from the public. Here's a quick review: I cannot promise not to be angry at Sparrow. I do promise, however, to try to keep my anger under control, to keep it from leading me -- as it leads Sparrow -- to take over society's eyes, ears, mind, and spirit. Maybe he just can't handle harsh reality. He has already been able to marginalize and eventually even outlaw responsible critics of the most insensitive busybodies I've ever seen. What worries me more than that, however, is that if Sparrow ever manages to require schoolchildren to be taught that we should abandon the institutionalized and revered concept of democracy, that's when the defecation will really hit the air conditioning.

Far too many people tolerate Sparrow's exegeses as long as they're presented in small, seemingly harmless doses. What these people fail to realize, however, is that Sparrow thinks that faddism brings one closer to nirvana. Of course, thinking so doesn't make it so.

We must restore the world back to its original balance. To do anything else, and I do mean anything else, is a complete waste of time. I will not bow to coercion, intimidation, or the threat of violence. That's self-evident, and even Sparrow would probably agree with me on that. Even so, he is extraordinarily brazen. We've all known that for a long time. However, Sparrow's willingness to make today's oppressiveness look like grade-school work compared to what he has planned for the future sets a new record for brazenness. Comments on the above are welcome, but please think them out first.
