Master of the Wind (Complete!)

It is finally here! Arc I and Arc II fully updated and combined into one single game, timing in at about 10 hours of gameplay! For those of you who got stuck in the first editions of the game or never played at all now is the best time. There are also a generous amount of special features for fans of the series, including the All I Want Master of the Wind music video, Brokeback Terr Mountain spoof trailer, Arc II Trailer, Arianna History, and April Fool's Prank! Below is a list of the fixes that were made to the first two arcs for those interested.

-Puzzle hints have been added for clarity's sake
-Rough shod and Bull Rush have been powered up
-Victory script updated to show skill learned
-Fish market now open from the start
-Fish enthusiast added to town
-Merchant ghost now haunts the Mausoleum
-Ghost soldiers have been nerfed
-Defeat at the hand of the three lancers no longer leads to death
-Save fairies now give actually helpful boss hints
-The long hallway before the Andau fight has been cut
-Andau and his bats have been nerfed
-Gino's workshop has been remodeled
-The funeral scene has also been touched up
-Town signs no longer hinder passage
-Crazy Pete now sells dynamite
-Kobolds and heal wolves have been nerfed
-Save access now allowed on beach
-New training room added to the hidden church map
-Mole shop is now open for business
-Mole passage shortcut now opened
-Dican's visages have been nerfed
-The skill Pious Flare has been nerfed as well
-Floating pot puzzle is simpler
-Sparrow sequence has been extended
-... and about a million other smaller things not worth mentioning!

The Super Pack has been tested several times but there may still be issues so please report anything that comes up. Expect more updates soon to the front page of the thread as well. And with that we hope you enjoy the game! (The seperate versions of arc I and arc II have NOT been updated!)

What kind of conspiracy is this to release the super pack the day after I beat Arc II hehe..

Anyways, I absolutely loved the game(s) I was so seriously addicted it wasn't even funny.. But that only happens to me when something is THAT GOOD ^_^ The dungeons were perfect the puzzles were just right the difficulty had the perfect balance I think between being too hard and being just right..

I'm not very good at explaining why I like a game so much sorry hehe, in fact I usually just lurk and almost never post so there's something to be said for me posting at all :$

Looking forward to Arc III, and I'll have to replay the Super Pack in awhile too...


P.S. Naruto fillers ACTUALLY end in like a week or 2 I forget exactly :P
 
I've thrown a link to the Super Pack on the first post. Though a lot has changed, we're still considering this new fusion of the two arcs a beta. If you find any bugs, we will want to know about them.

Still, I was glad to finally be able to put in Arc II's windowskin and Enkur's battlers into Arc I. He has some more smaller bits of art on the way, and when the beta is updated, they will be included as well. For those who have never played before, this is a perfect time. For those who have...come on, you know you want to go back. ;)

I'm going to rake my eyes out before It's done if I have to wait that long. I hope you guys manage to get a high bandwidth website when you get around to that. These'll suck up quite a lot.
 
Twelve minutes is nothing, man. Back in the day we'd kill to be able to download things in under an hour.

I think I'll check this out. I played Arc I and a bit of Arc II, but it'd be neat to see the whole thing in a complilation like thit.
 
Oops the inn was put in as sort of a town standard. We didn't expect anyone to actually use it since the bed in your apartment is free. There were some tile set changes involving beds so that is why that happened. I will put that on my list of things to fix when i reupload it next week. Thanks for reporting it!
 
found a bug:
In the mines, in the room where you have to ride the mine cart to knock them out, they are already in the down position before I rode the mine cart, i will post a screen later today if I can.
 
You guys need to provide a map of the mole maze.
This is the second time I've been hopelessly lost in it. Even by drawing my own, I found that there must be repeats of rooms, thus making that useless.
Actually, I have no idea how I found my way out the first time.
 
There aren't any full-on repeats, but the rooms are very similar. It's up to AB if he wants to provide a map, but if you have been drawing a map and keeping track of where the holes go, it seems like you should be able to find your way before too long.

I got the impression that none of the rooms are repeated, at least in the sense that I think you mean. I can't really check it right now, but I think some tunnels shared the same exit. Maybe that's what gave the impression of repeated rooms.
