well only real worries about sharing drinks with mr. kitters are:
- worms
- staph, strep, various flu/cold bacteria
- h. pilori (super horrific stomach flu basically)
- salmonella
- TB
- cat scratch fever (can also be transferred by mouth)
- pasteurella (can cause arthritic infection)
- toxoplasmosis (birth defects/lymph probs)
there are others but they are rare
anyway it's mostly the same you could expect from sharing food/drink with anyone who regularly licks their own anus!
might not get anything, but ... well, you're still willfully ingesting doodoo's.
