Also, if someone turns the tele off while I'm asleep, I'll not wake up for like 12 hours of sleep, but if they leave it on, I'll wake up after like 6-8 hours of sleep, turn it off, then go back to sleep for the remainder of the time.

Same here. I keep a box fan about six inches away from my face when I sleep. It's more for the noise, but in summer months the cool comes in handy too.
- i can't hold my breath underwater unless something else is plugging my nostrils for me. no matter what i try, i can't keep water from gushing up my nose and choking me after submerging, unless i have a noseplug or use my hand to plug it. i see people dive & swim all the time without plugging their nose and i've never been able to figure out how they do it.
curl your upper lip to cover up your nostrils, that's what i do. it looks goofy, but it gets the job done, and you can still exhale during.Venetia":1qify1jx said:on topic

@Daxis: Trust me, being smart does NOT make up for lack of study habits if you go to a school that's actually challenging. So you may brag now, but you're gonna regret it later if you don't work on that.

I prefer to sit like this even in chairs, but that's partially because I'm short, so generally only my toes touch the floor in most chairs. Also, I can put my heel on top of my head.
I resent this :down:Perihelion":24f7sflg said:@Daxis: Trust me, being smart does NOT make up for lack of study habits if you go to a school that's actually challenging. So you may brag now, but you're gonna regret it later if you don't work on that.
