If you could change the world in one way..?

I would get rid of Intolerance of Sexuality. A good example is the use of the word Faggot as a cuss word that's used to demean others. Honestly, homophobia is bigger than most people will admit. Infact, it's become so bad that coming out of the closer is a huge step. You shouldn't have to admit your sexuality to people. It shouldn't even matter if you're into the same sex, yet others are so judgemental about the fact that it's now a big joke.
Hmm, given an option, I would probably want to reverse all the damage humans have done to the earth's ecosystems and environment (i.e. pollution, dams, deforestation, overfishing, global warming, extinctions, etc.), as well as other human cultures, through the effects of civilization, one way or another, and make it impossible for it to happen again. Or something along those lines. Everyone's going on and on about religion this, religion that, but having a habitable planet with cultural and biological diversity seems more enticing to me than getting rid of religion, annoying as Jehova's Witnesses or religious fanatics may be. 
And plus, if reversing all of those things means getting rid of religious people who want to "conquer in the name of god", or some such thing, then it's killing two birds with one stone. Or saving some species of birds with one wish, if you want to look at it that way.
Now, if I were forced to be specific, I'm not really sure exactly what I'd do though.

Nothing wrong with having faith, but killing for your "God" is a problem. Just the other day, an Islamic man killed his 2 daughters for acting too Western World and wanting to date. Without a psycho religion, this probably wouldn't have happened.

Regardless what it is, people will always use whatever convenient cover up they can. I could have made a much longer list using money and all sorts of things, but why bother?
Thing to change in one way?
Suicides. I'm sick and tired of them. I'd make it impossible. Like no one could possibly do it. Since we're playing god in our little theoretical here, no one would even be able to ever pull it off - cept I'd leave Suicide by Cop. Because then the movie Falling Down would have no good ending.

Maybe I'd change nothing.
What could possibly be better without shitting out something worse. Yeah. I think I could go on with the theoreticals but in the end I'd change absolutely nothing.

Yes. Yes I am. I think we need a LOT of improvement, I think we have had some huge mistakes, and I think we are still an annoying little pile of bad, but we do as a whole generally strife beyond our temporary evils (even if they return in a new form later). Push for society to reach a higher plane, a more libertarian approach to at least peoples opinions and freedom to exist, and you'll see how clean we can get... that is, before someone stops it by going "NO! MINE!!!"
