my favorite thing about san diego was the rocky horror picture show. i'd go every friday in encinitas at la paloma theatre with the sherman family (interesting family!) and it'd be great. granted i was like, 13 and jailbait and everyone else was in their 20's and weirdgoths.

i never dressed up but i would still get into it, that shit was AWESOME!!!! i totally fucking miss doing stuff like that, or doing stuff like wandering down to the pier or harbor and slacking off, or eating at Ruby's at the end of the pier, hanging out around the surf shops, making fun of the tourist fatties on the beach in their tight little swimsuits, seeing movies at that regal cinema down by the school, getting wasted in the gaslamp, going to the fair or whatever at any time of year because it was never hot .............
