Guess The Game!

Awesome Bro

Lol sorry for not replyin to this in a while... I was uhh... "busy" yesterday, lol...

But both Velo and Devvy are right, but since Velo answered it first, sorry Devvy

Here in the UK it's the other way around, World War Zero: Iron Storm, and to be honest, it was one of the best PS2 shooters I'd ever played...

hey wow, i didn't even notice that velocir had replied first @_@

okay, this one might be a little tough (idk how well-known it is but it's certainly not popular despite being a great game):

... Heh, I know what it is, but since I've already had a go, I'm not saying anything...

And yeah you're right, it was actually a pretty good game.

*Is now thinking about downloading it*

Arbi, nope.

Wyatt, I used common sense, saved the pic, and renamed it to something different to see how many people fall for it, sadly, you're dumb. Lol.

But no, no it isn't.

I used common sense and suck my dick

is it Final Fantasy VII

I've never played this game before. All I had to do was take your underrated game clue, and do a Google search for lists until I found one with the same character. Then, since I knew your screen came from Gamespot, I just checked their screens for the game, and made sure it was the right one. In other words, you made it too easy.
you didn't have to tell us with detail how you got it

just say the answer

also, i guess i'll have to go harder next time!! >

All right. This one's going to be tough, so info is below the image.

This game is a classic racing game, with no extras like weapons or accelerator pads. It was also one of the first PC games to use accelerated 3D graphics. Currently, it amounts to a cult classic at best, and forgotten at worst. And in this screenshot (taken on an extra track that was available for download), I'm coming up on a roulette wheel. I just passed giant pair of dice, and before that, I jumped through a hole in the center of another roulette wheel, that one on its side. As a general rule, the tracks are not like this, but are more likely to look like they're on some sort of abandoned, forgotten world once colonized by a sentient species.

I didn't use the URL. Dadevster rehosted the image, with a new, generic name. I simply used what he said, and did a Google search for related data. Then, when I found a game that I thought it might be, I looked it up on the site that I knew the image had come from.

As for the game, you're close, but not right. It's from about the same time, and, like Wipeout, it was often given out as an OEM disc with certain hardware. This game has one expansion pack, and was re-released in a "Gold" edition. The version most people played was actually version 2.0, due to the game being reworked after the initial release, which was an OEM disc with MMX Processors.

The reason I was giving hints is because I don't think many people here would have ever seen this game, much less played it. It isn't that it wasn't popular, it's just that most of the people here weren't in the target market. It was released a little over ten years ago (which, judging by a recent poll, means that most members here were about 9 or younger), and the major market was the mainland of Europe, with secondary markets in Britain and the US.
