Humans need competition. It's a genetic need to thrive over other humans. Plus, in this case, a little competition, even if it is one of e-peens, may just give you enough motivation to actually finish the game.

Anyway, G-man, I hope my character profile was of some help you and just a suggestion: people might take you more seriously if you conducted yourself a bit more maturely, I guess.

Why did I fail to pay attention to this? The time-traveling storyline is simply great. It is presented quite well, I hope this project gets completed.
 
Hey I should make a thread leading people to believe I'm quitting my game all the time, this is the most attention I've gotten in awhile, I can't lie and say it was a 100% joke, I've been having a bit of trouble with the scripters, but now that I've been inspired, once again my gamemaking creativity has been sparked...I was never going to quit the project, but put it on hold is what I was thinking about, but now I know GS must go on!
And that is my inspirational speech for today...

As you can see the Pixel script is coming along nicely, knowing when to put someone under something like poor Ciara over there...
 
i dont mean to burst the bubble but that does not show a pixel script.. you can do that with layers lol.... but its not to bad. glad to see some progress :)
 
True... that is easy enough to make with the normal mapping from RMXP... but... I guess it depends on the way you handle it... for instance in movement...

lol where's your progress? Sorry guys you'll just have to trust me on this :D
 
After a few big setbacks i have retruned to gamemaking, I now that just because u hav a large team the game will be done faster, now I personally think if it is done solo alot of the work might get done faster, so in short GS is back on tracks
 
Hey man, don't worry, this is a project I will never quit, I'm with you all the way. It's just that no one has given me any work yet, that's why I seem kind of lazy. I got a new scanner finally if that helps, so I could add some serious detail to those maps of yours, since I'm a still landscape artist.

PS: Sorry, my internet was cut on my laptop so I can't communicate with MSN, you'll just have to send me PMs or Emails.

Well, there you have it. A 20 min sketch last night (eastern time) right off the top of my head because I felt like it. If I ever bring home my art sketchbook for school, I'll scan some things for you of what I've done, compared to what I do it there, this drawing is a piece of crap, but it's a good start for me since I haven't been drawing for a real purpose other than a grade. If I had Something that told me what to do it might come out a bit better, but like I said, 20 min sketch, so I wasn't really trying either.:thumb:
