Generic Pokémon Fangame (Not)

I've posted 3 new screenshots, and scrapped the old ones. I've updated the logo. Sorry there's not much progress on this; I'm doing pixel art mostly so not building the game as such. Will have more soon!

As for mapping, it's pretty solid and pretty, i can only suggest moving the bed a few more pixels up so it's next to the wall. Unless you don't want it next to the wall, in which case, meh. ^_^;

After some time, a horde of GEODUDE attack you and your friend -- you must use one of the Pokémon from the bag! But which one?

Starter Pokémon (under change):
MAGBY Fire-type
ELEKID Electric-type
SWINUB Ice/Ground-type

If you're going to be attacked by Geodude, you have to go for Swinub or you'll be owned. Change the Geodude to Zubat and you could iron that out. Also, you forgot to mention that Swinub is ice and ground, not just ice. Other than that, the starter Pokemon are alright.

In terms of story, it's just "eh". It could be made a lot better if you broke out of the over-done storyline, but that's just my opinion. At the moment, I'd rather just play an official Pokemon game because there's nothing that says "this is different". No offense, of course. I don't doubt how much work you've put into it, but it's the risk you always run when making a fangame like this.

I'd offer my help, but I don't know where I can be of assistance, to be honest. I'm only good for storylines and events.
