Final Fantasy: Strahlung Der Vier Kristaille

I doubt it will clash with any other scripts, I used to use it in my game and it didn't clash until I replaced it with lobo's Esper + Junction system.
 
I think you should allow us to play with all those characters, in the final part of the game and where we play them all except Garland. We play with all those characters in the end, once one character leaves we get them and we have a party change command. What do you think?
 
Umm...i'm not to sure what you were trying to say there, but it's probably just the syntax. I think i might know, so this MIGHT answer you're question.
I'll be using a party changing screen available in certain scenes and moogles. THere will be a temproray "native" character in some of the later dungeons, similar to Kingdom hearts. Actually, there more of Optional Gaias than dungeons. ATM, it'll be Irvine Kinneas in Gaia VIII, Cloud Strife In Gaia VII(largely because i have all the graphics ready) and Gaia VI's character is pending. i may use further Optional Gaias, but the only ones that I can confirm are:
Gaia I (only kingdom of Cornelia)
Gaia IV (A fairly major one, with a few side missions)
Gaia V (brief, if at all..)
Gaia IX (Major world, althouogh will have a few changes from the original)
Gaia Ultima (End of Game phase. Can still revisit some Gaias.)
Gaia VI, VII, VIII( optional worlds, with high level monsters. Set in an altered version of their plots, simialr to the disney worlds in KH. Petros is desiging Gaia VII at least, save a few cutscenes)

Edit: I will be using an FFIX style skill system.
 
sorry for the massive delay, but i've been waiting for permiision for a new Battle bgm, and haven't heard much yet. As soon as i've got the permission, and a substantial demo, it'll be released.
 
Hopefully, this Is still within the grace period for a bump. I'm really sorry this is taking so very long, and iknow most people have lost interest, so once i've got a demo ready, i'll relase it. It porbably won't use the new or old battle theme though, so it doesn't represent the finished work. I may even try to compose my own bgm for batle that i was planning on using in part I of the Ultima Saga, but there we go.
 
I skimmed through the story, it sounded a bit like FF5. Screens are looking good though. I don't have time to read this probably right now, sorry. But I will later. I like the references to FFZ.
 
Thanks for the feedback. I'm not too sure wher you're getting the FF5 angle from. It's probably the most underreprestned. I'm glad that the front page is grabbing peoples attention. It's been hell getting a demo ready=(
 
Bump. I've added a little iamge to the front: it shows the main playable characters in the style of FF1. Anyone with FFhacster and a ROM, although probably condoned by this forum, can feel free to use them: they should work.
 
Necro-Bump. This project has fallen on the way side, but i've decided to revive it, partially due to the UK release of FFXII.
I've decided that the summoning system will be single use i.e. Only one person get's each summon. I'm not sure whther this will be left up to the player, or predetimined yet, but the demo should cover it.
 
I've decided to approach this project from a slightly different angle. There's a high chance that nothing but graphics will remain from the original demo. No characters will be getting changed though.
 
aaah, a game with a german title :)
since i'm from germany i can tell you there is a mistake in it.
the german word for crystals is written like that: Kristalle (not kristaille ^^)
all in all you can write: Strahlung der vier Kristalle
 
Sorry to say this, but you've kinda necroposted for nothing. This project's a dud now. The idea was good, but I just couldn't get it to work out. Those who played the demo might be interested to know that this doesn't mean the end of the Deringers: A much better planned FF project is still in early development. This was really just a sort of prologues while i'm getting resources made etc. Just keep an eye out for the Ultima Saga. If a mod comes across this thread, feel free to close it.
