Fawful's Fury

Are you going to have the "press button" during attacks to help/hinder, like in the mario rpgs?

One cool thing you could do is if you managed to jump onto an enemy you got a preemptive attack.

This is fantastic! What are the scripts you're using for this program? Must be a lot to make this game! Kudos to you my friend!

EDIT: Oops! The scripts are right there, but I just past them without noticing at all!

Keep up the good work as I download! ^_^

Keep the timing button for attacks, it works really great in M&L, it adds more feeling to the battle. I hope you will add player advantage in battle when you start the battle by jumping on an enemy/using hammer on him. Also, i dont like very much the delays from when the skill is displayed on the screen and when it's executed. Mario's jump animation is too slow, but i'm more than confident that you already know this things.

This game is coming up very well, i'm really intrested. I feel the lack of Marios RPGs. They are such greatness. M&L1 was my first RPG on handhelds (and my first rpgs if pokemons dont count) so playing those games make me feel nostalgic.

Also, I hope Bowser is playable <3

This project is really great, good job!

I have been working on improving the speed of animations. But as for action commands in battle, that would be really hard to implement... Any suggestions on how I might be able to do this?

Well, you could during a skill use, check at the specific intervals to see if a button is being pushed... But I'm not sure exactly what to do unless you happen to be using Tankentai. I'd have to see you battle script to help.

It's XP, Tankentai is a VX script.

Also, you'll probably need a scripter for button pressers, unfortunately.  That would be so awesome if you could do that.

Yeah... Not even going to try VX, too limited in some aspects such as tilesets last I heard. But yeah, I would need a scripter for something like that. xD

what? I knew that, shut up.

Anyways, I wouldn't mind helping out, but I don't know how often I'd be able to work on it.
Any help is appreciate. =p

I know what you mean. I like VX almost in every way more than XP, except those tilesets. They alone make me use xp. SO i thought it was weird you were capable of making this in vx.

I haven't had a chance to do mucj in rmxp recently, so I haven't downloaded the demo. Is it encryptred?

Wow kirbwarrior you need to read posts more carefully dude.

@ Boo Mansion:

Good to see this project is back on the map, by the way.  I thought it was gone for good.  I was sad ;_;  But now I'm happy ^_^
