I dedicated my game to Gary as well, dude. Even got a little teary-eyed when I was writing the dedication, as I sat back and reflected on how much we all owe to him. The influence of Dungeons and Dragons on the game culture simply cannot be overstated, and the influence on me personally as well.

I will never forget my first D&D set that I received for Christmas, almost 25 years ago. I didn't know what the heck it was, and it was actually a couple weeks before I got bored with the other shinier toys and started to read through it. The light that went off in my head once I started to 'get' it... I don't think that light has ever turned off, since.

Necropost-haters can kiss my ass. I had to share that moment. Selah!

T Licious X, considering your post added nothing to the thread, there was no reason to post at all, even if you did want to "share the moment". Don't necropost in topics especially when the post has nothing to do with the thread and are essentially pointless. This thread will be locked, and if boltfox20 wants it reopened he can PM me, although since he hasn't been here since February, I seriously doubt it.
