Wow, actually, that looks pretty much identical to the most recent iterations of sonic character art. The shading, posing, everything

His sock looks a little TOO baggy, like it's melting over his shoe, but otherwise this is right on-par with any Sonic Team dev

i mean your art is pretty good but your tastes are bad. anybody who actually likes shadow (or any sonic character post-knuckles) is a tremendous chode with no taste

i liked his levels in sonic adventure 2, they were like sonic's, but harder and more fun. but then they ruined him with the gun and shit :/

(i'm just trying to look at the chars from the gameplay perspective, not the dumb ways they've been thrown into stories)

i really like blaze the cat (again her levels are just sonic's levels in sonic rush, except harder)

the rest of the later chars are sortof queebs though yeah

It's not so much that i like shadow, it's that i recognize at this point he's just not gonna go away. And that he could be ok. If they fixed him.

Basicly they just need to make him a little more esoteric and mysterious and.. well... he needs to talk less. And if he does talk he needs to not sound like a massive tool.

I do like rouge though there's nothing wrong with her D: she actually has one of the more unique character archetypes of the series. She's a manic flirtatious kleptomaniac who works for the government <_<.


If you ever catch me drawing Omega though then you can publicly scorn me.

actually i want to like rouge because i always like the floozy, but her costume design is so BAD, she looks like she doesn't have any joints, and her high heels look silly. imo sonic team could have designed her better.

reason i like blaze is because she's the first sonic team dev'd female that's not BRIGHT PINK with magic HEARTS everywhere, whose only existence is to be a female counterpart to a pre-existing male character

I never played the sonic series, and I kinda don't like the characters, but they make great memes.
Though, I can tolerate them.
