I welcome every single one of you to this here thread titled "Change." What's up with the thread you ask? Why we're celebrating the second anniversary of the beginning of RMXP.org. I'm sure our orgy veterans can fill everyone in on the details of how this place began. Right now, we're ALMOST approaching the new years, ORG is back online and I just can't let this day pass me by man.

Now I want everyone to post what changes have you made since you joined .org OR since last year.

I changed my nick from MeisMe to Yeyinde, developed my predaphillia, became an op for a short time, left and came back.  Fun, fun, fun.

Well, I became infamous for my cryptic avatar, helped many users with event scripting and writing tasks, Gave new life to the WA, and started my first "official" game, The Angel.

My new years resolution: Become a mod.
My serious new years resolution: Donate some money to the site at some point this year.

If someone told me I'd end up hosting this website I'd have thought they were crazy. It's nice to be part of something this successful and I hope the next 2 years are even better than the first.

Well I started to post, somewhat. I changed my name from "chucker007" to "Plaid" and then finally to "Money". And that's pretty well It.

All in the last year, I went from an infrequent wanderer to mod. I like to think I made a few friends (well, interweb friends) along the way. Made some graphics. That's about all, I guess :)

I started posting. That's not too much. I joined... Last year? But that didn't last long. Now I'm an active member. With a tiny inkling of a reputation, I might add.  ;)

I went from the name DopplegangerSora to Dopples (Thanks to arcthemonkey A.K.A Weighted Companion Cube), to Pyramid Head because I wanted to show my Silent Hill 2 fanboyism, then back to Dopples because I like the name.

Also, I began working on a game that I'm surprised has gained as much popularity as it did.

This year, I had a somewhat awful start. Continuing on from that crappy summer which was Summer '06, I started my own little site although we were using some invisionfree service. My old site wasn't totally great and we had a few outrageous members who were in the forums until the day it just died man. I had the same somewhat bad rep from Summer '06 and my old site kinda made the rep a bit worse.

February '07: --
March '07: I made a small return to RMXP.org however it wasn't a full time return to .org. The rep was still a little bad back then.
April '07: After realizing my old site wasn't going to go anywhere, I basically up and left the place and made it permanently go offline.
May '07: I eventually returned to .org however I was just an active user of the IRC and not an active user of the forums. Some thought I still had some unfinished business with old management or staff.
June '07: By that time I was pretty active in RMXP.org's IRC. By that time I made a few friends and I kept using those social network profiles that RMXP.org once had.
July '07: This is where things just started to turn around for the better. Andy doesn't seem to be thinking of me as some annoying dude, IRC and forums were under watchful eyes, my rep just starting turn right around. I then noticed an old administrator who seemed pretty cool but kicked too darn much (according to RMXP.org's IRC statistics page on Slacked.org) so I tried starting the "Trickster jokes." You may think it's pretty silly now but it was actually quite fun. Very few members along with myself would just look around for some crazy Chuck Norris jokes and replace them with Trickster. Sometimes we would even remix the jokes and make them more RMXP oriented. We would also make a few of our own Trickster jokes. Man it was fun. I also tried starting a new website called "Attack Of The Punk." It didn't last three days. Then I tried started my old site over but this time turning it into a blog/wiki/social network/search engine. That didn't do so well although the idea of having a complete social network was pretty kickass. Then with a bit of help, we just got a domain and a new community was starting.
August '07: --
September '07: I was reporting topics that were considered "IEPTTWBF" in general discussion.
October '07: I made a feedback topic about the eZine and talked about bringing it back. Plenty of people (Sixty, Ven, Sles) volunteered to join. I somehow became the manager and that's how the RMXP.org eZine (now "RMPost") got resurrected.
Early November '07: I left .org and gave my position to Sixty, won't go into details.
December '07: Turned 18.

I have changed my username a few times during the Spring-Summer of 2007. In May, I was a bit tired of using the name "Punkid89" and I was planning to start a site in a few months called "Attack Of The Punk" so I wanted the name shortened to "Punk." Around the summer, I did change my name to "Tonightless" however that was only because for lack of a better reason, I guess I just wanted to navigate .org using a new nickname. It felt weird man. I don't remember when I got my name changed back to Punkid89 however.

I have somewhat improved when it comes to making a website. Throughout the year, when it comes to skinning forums and using css, I've improved greatly. I learned so much more about css and I've gotten a bit better when it comes to doing a couple of graphics on photoshop. Not only that, I could FINALLY pull off the web 2.0 style of graphics... too bad I picked a very bad time to finally learn how to make them.

I left, joined, left again ... then came back.  Noticed nearly all the forum buddies i had had left, so I kinda lost interest.  And only in the last couple of weeks have I started posting again.  Been doing as little work as poss on RPG Palace, and generally wandering around aimlessly on here.

I can repeat it, but why when I can quote it?
Only remove infrequent wanderer with random blitz poster.

And punk - do you sit at your computer and mark things off on the calender?  Is there a journal and every day starts with "At .org, I..." ? XD You have WAY too much information :x

Oh and I cause a bit of controversy by switching my avatar  several times, eventually "killing (and naming) Toadie the Neemafrog" oh noze runz!
And got quite a few comments about changing it back :( .

as despain would say....

spongesss!

I...basically became more of an annoying prick, as if that's even possible.  :x

I mean well you guys :( <3

I was in .net, but I never post anything, I was there only as a resources thief. I started posting in .org after some time of its opening, and also I started scripting. And, some months ago I started a really big and mad project about making a rmxp new editor.

Ah, and for this xmas, I changed my avatar for the first time to an ugly Santa vcglvagufs.

D-Does that make me part of TREG's crew?
Less you just mean the rest of the admin staff who'll probably oust you and TREG in 7 months (seems to be the right time for a management change, what with our history and all lol)
