That would be somewhat my fault, since I was the tileset provider. :x It was one of those all-in-one tilesets, so I didn't really know who made what on it. :S

Looks pretty cool I guess but why is it in the completed games section? When I first saw some of those Cgs I was "I know where those came from!" But at least you admitted to their origin. You should throw the sex scenes in there too, why not? Seems like an awful waste of sexy anime chicks not to use them...but then again when I downloaded that HCG set it went immediately into the recycle bin once I saw the art style...kinda sucks IMO.

I was going to post a link here for you to download the whole batch of CGs from that game, including the battlers and stuff but that link has been deleted long ago I guess.

I had Seth help me riop everything from that game in it's entirety... so no worries there.

Also, I do want to make something of a sim like game but nothing close to mature, it's just kinda of throwing out game making as a whole, I don't want people to play my game for porn, I want them to play it as a game for everything else.

anyways, this is in the completed gmes section becuase I used to have a 40min long chapter one release, but I decided to remake the game, with custom sprite work with non rtp characters, and a new storyline.

I have to say, I'm jealous of your game's logo. Its really nice and professional looking. I dont have photoshop and use a cheap program called Imageforge to make stuff like that, but it usually turns out like crap.

the logo was made by Hanzo Kimura, but he got chased off by all the critics, you can find him on DA, don't knwo if he still does requests though.

:biggrin: It's very well developed. What impressed me was the intro. The picture effects(flashy & simple), and the music ties together... I want an intro like that >.<. Where did you get the script to place a common event at the start of the game?(Stupid question)

Unfortunately, It was too bad I couldn't show the intro to my younger brother. He's too young to see some of the pictures :tongue:.

I'm glad you liked it, I didn't use a common event, just used a "Evented title Script" where the game starts where ever the player starting position is, so the title screen is all evented.

anyways, I've been just working on a little bit of spriting, but I did alot of heavy concept and story work, and I'm 90% done with it, and personally, I LOVE the story XD

it's short and sweet :D only 6 characters in the entire game, lol.

You rewrote the story. It always good to revise and edit a storyline. The storyline in the preview is bit tainted with a cliche, I hope your new plot is better!

I can also recognize all the characters, and NPCs you showed us in the screenshots. I can reconize the characters from Eien no Aseria:The Spirit of Eternity Sword(You should probably mention in your credits), a picture from Mabinogi, and I can also recognize the music from .hack, I think. Just watch the copyrights!

I'm already using an evented title script. It's a useful script, and a lot better than the lame original title...

btw. I love the sprites, but the second one to the left looks a bit exposed.

lol, the anibgi one was completely random, and is just there for sure, I'm not going to use it for the actual game, the interface for the shopping menu is still being made, the screen is mostly to show the fact I've finished eventing the system :P

ah, well, thats the only portrait, but yeah, I've been planning to remake the intro for quite some time now, part of it is because I've gotten alot better with the past 2 more intro's I've made, as well as because the song wasn't something I was extremely attached to, plus the story was completely rewritten and finished, theres only 6 characters in the entire game from begging to end, going to be a 3-4 hour game

plus, I got a custom composed song from a melody I wrote, and I love XD

I'm keeping the game first person though, because thats pretty much tradition for the visual novel styled game :P
