Why conform to the "rules" of anatomy, proportion and perspective? Because it makes your artwork look more "right" to the viewer's eye. Even a highly stylized piece of art strives for realism in context, and surrealistic art exaggerates or gets a feature wrong in order to convey something intended by the artist, not as an accident or due to lack of interest and effort on the part of the artist. :P
If Unrivaledneo intended his character to look pigeon-toed, but only when viewed from behind, because he was trying to convey something, say, "walk boldly foward, but retreat in shame" than that would be something, but I don't think he's trying to make a statement, I think he's trying to make a sprite template that is consistently the same character from all angles and anatomically believable in context of his stylistic choices (e.g. big heads). That's what everyone here is trying to help him with and I'm sure if we're getting his idea wrong he'll let us know.
