a bunch of songs had to be changed/replaced due to the whole bill bolin (or w/e his name was) fiasco. bolin, who made a lot of tracks including mutiny, had a conflict with hussie for some reason and afaik he demanded his tracks be taken out or something. kind of a huge dick move if you ask me!

it was over a really stupid reason too - iirc it was because he made a few tracks that AH didn't think fit in any of the flashes, but AH liked them so much he stuck them in that Rose and Dave: Shut Up and Jam page.

Bolin threw a shitfit and said he was using the music without his permission, how he was unprofessional, and posted a 1000-word baww on the forums complete with a pic of him flipping off his webcam!

I mean, it's not BAD by any means, it's pretty funny because they're awkward 13 year olds acting like 13 year olds would when crushes are involved but still, I am in fact sincerely hoping it doesn't eventually devolve into kid x troll makeouts

yeah I really didn't think egbert being all "oh wow I've never kissed a girl before" would be a good addition to the series. hussie mentioned the potential for romance in an old formspring question and I was sort of perturbed by the concept, but figured he wouldn't take it very far. I couldn't imagine it being executed with much less narm than the waltz scene in EB0.

I don't think it could ruin things as they stand, though, so I'm just waiting and hoping he doesn't dedicate a particularly huge amount of the plot to it.

man how is it that i've never mentioned "a softer world?"
soft and feeling and great writing with comedy that sorta catches you by surprised. the captions when you hover your mouse over the images is great as well.

it;s a shame i never take the time to sit down and read through the entire thing. the later ones feel a bit comedic, but still great stuff.

I was really looking forward to Megan's new comic after the ending of yu+me dragged on so long, but now that it's here I can't even maintain interest. It's the art; something about it is incredibly off-putting. It's the exact same as her last comic, but I think all the super-bright colors and weird/cool style intermissions were able to distract me from it.

Of course I may just be talking to myself, since I think I was the only one here who actually reads her stuff!
