A Wayward Dream [Front page updated]

You copied and pasted it from MS Word right? I think manually deleting the question marks and replacing them woth the proper characters via the edit button should do the job. Wait, I'm not sure what the character are so I cant say, but replace them with the closest possible?

Test:

Clich?

See that's cliche with the mark above the E. I could just go back and edit it and replace it with a normal E, and everyone would know what I meant.

@G-Man: Yeah,I noticed that after I posted the screenshot, lol.
@Itachi-hime: Yeah, I may just do that.

On Sunday I released a demo to two beta testers and a lot of faults and bugs were found and well, it was too short. So this demo won't be released until I have a substantial amount of gameplay.

Small update
Magic Explanation

Unlike in most RPG?s, magic doesn?t consume MP. Instead, it consumes a small percentage of another bar, DE(Draw Energy). Most spells take off a percentage of 25% from the DE bar.

Also unlike most RPG?s, the player doesn?t learn magic, instead draw energy is taken from the Gaia(The Spirit of the Earth) and then drawn into equipment through a small crystal inside engraved in the weapon, and is then converted into magic. The magic the weapon produces greatly depends on the type of the equipment. Weapons produce offensive magic like Ember or Incendia, armours produce white magic like Remedium or Protego, and accessories produce Arcane magics like Cloud or Blight.

Normal techniques like Crucifix Slash cost TP (Technique Points) and there is usually a lot of TP to consume.

I've always enjoyed the edited tilesets of this project as well as its mapping, as pleasantly showcased now and then on the screenshot thread. :) Keep it up, and good luck with it!

That reference sprite to the character WIP drawing is tiny in comparison, hahah. The lineart seems a little awkward though, I take it that you sketched it with mouse?
