wow, I knew PSP's were more pricey than a DS but I didn't know the cost would be MURDER!!! WTF!? ... Crisis Core isn't even out here yet... they need to hold there horses a lil bit [¬¬

Like I said, it's really nothing new. Kids used to beat up other kids for not giving up their Yugioh (a.k.a. YouGayHoe) cards to them. There are too many stupid kids in America, and that's a fact.

I don't know if you were just joking or not, but the company that manufactures such products should never be blamed. All they are doing is providing nice little gadgets for the people to enjoy, it's not like they WANT to cause people to go out and kill one another for their products.

Sony isn't to blame, it's the stupid people that infest the world. Also... Isn't your post a little spammy? Then again it's about the topic...

Uh, OK, I can say the same thing about Nintendo. In my hometown, 3 (12, 17, 18) kids were shot twice to get in front of them in the Wii line.

Clizzz, you sure you want them dead? Consider the drain capital punishment puts on taxpayer dollars, and the fact that it robs Death Row inmates of anything they might have learned from their mistakes.

I've almost been hit by a car whilst bailing from some neds trying to mug me on two separate occasions. Evidently my situation wasn't quite as bad because I didn't get hit...

Thats the problem isn't it?  It doesn't take 20 years to inject somebody.  Though in this instance it was not pre-meditated first degree murder and does not deserve the death penalty.  As for more than half their lives being stripped from them for the offence, absolutely.

Excuse me? That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. James did the right thing by saying no, he is a hero. As for the two kids, a death penalty will be too kind. Let them stay in jail for the rest of their lives and let this tragedy haunt them every night.

These are still kids, a death penalty should not be even thought about.  It's honestly NOT murder, it's at most manslaughter.

I do not see this kid as a hero, but I don't see him as a dumbass either. But no matter what don't blame him for getting killed. It is not his fault he was attacked.
