Z Day is an Online 3D FPS Zombie Survival game (also known as a "MMOFPS").
Players are thrown into the center of a post apocalypse city after a deadly virus outbreak has occurred. Furor city, once inhibited by the human race, now is home to thousands of blood thirsty infected humans on the prowl for any remaining survivors…


Z Day Moved From The Torque Game Engine to The Torque Game Engine Advanced and just look at the results.

I am not developing the game Z day. I am just spreading the message of the game. To see who is developing Z Day look under "Team".
 
Well while the teasers, screen shots, and so on, don't reflect the final product, I can say one thing: They have a very very long way to go. The 'AI' in the videos is simple, the animations aren't very convincing (I kept thinking that they're just a nut let loose in a loony bin, flailing their arms like that), a majority of what I can see are still pans from very a antiquated looking engine.

One of the main reasons I'm a bit harsh on this is the theme just seems a bit tired, and given their near complete lack of actual battle ("there's hundreds of them unfortunately for you, you can't see them yet"?) Granted this is a website about making Role-playing games, and this is the one board where you can spout off about games being made in something other than RMXP, but straying as far as you have from the website's current goals leaves me to wonder why you posted it here, other than to spam (since you're not even part of the team: "I am not developing the game Z day. I am just spreading the message of the game. To see who is developing Z Day look under "Team".").

They're using the Torque 3D Engine to program the core of the system, using C++ and Torque Script. Which means they have the foundation they need to get it done, but if you really wanted to hype it, please consider how far along it is first. As it is now, it's not even interesting to me. It seems like another game to add to the pile of 'Interesting effort, but it'll never get done'. Which is a very large stack here.

That video is outdated... That was with a different engine. They are working on the AI and animation for the next test. The last teaser is the only one with the new engine.

I didn't mean to be spamming the forums, I'm just trying to get some people to look at the game, even if it isn't the top of graphics.

I'm sorry you don't find it interesting, but I'm sure some people will. There are very few zombie MMO's being made, and even fewer 3d ones. I'm a zombie fan my self, and I'm always looking for new zombie games that look interesting to me.
 
Please don't misunderstand me though: I said 'As it is now' when I said it's uninteresting to me; the main reason it's not interesting is the depth to which it's finished. Had there been a playable game, that would be much different.

As it is, it appears as vaporware due to the screen shots, videos and other aspects of it that are visually present but virtually unaccounted for (in the respect of what someone can get their hands on, or their mouse, to click, at least).
