No really. This is far from anything that is REMOTELY graphically Aesthetic for the eyes. Personally you have no style, its just random boxes of neon lines that hardly even LOOK neon. Coming from a graphic artists, this is a Graphic Artists NIGHTMARE.
I'm saying this because I can create something using neons, the correct way in less time than it probably took you to make this. No I am not flaming you, I'm telling you that you have to atleast get some sort of experience with aesthetics before you even try to work with the neon color scale, because if you can't even handle the non-neon color scales:

then there is absolutely no way in the world you will be able to use the neon:
