Does anyone know where I can get an XP to paperdoll converter? The graphic types are just what I need, but in the wrong format. If someone has\can make a converter that would rock.

I don't know about a converter, but you can do it manually very easily. It already has two left-foot-right-foot walking frames, and a still, so you'd arrange them into a new 4x4 characterset as:
Up: Still, foot, still, other foot
Left: Still, foot, still, other foot
Right: Etc...
With the dimensions of the charset being width and height 4x a single frame. I made a quick template based on what you have there, but RMXP doesn't have limits on charset sizes that aren't Xbox-huge, so you can tweak it as needed.

Yes I know I can do it manually, but if i have a large number of sprites that I want to convert it could take a while.

The image you posted is not uniform. There would be no way to convert it programatically. (at least, not a very easy way)
Where is the site / software / you are using? I did a search on paper doll & found millions of hits.

Wait, you want to go the other way? convert your RMXP charsets into the Doll format?
I believe that using RMXP/VX resources in other editors is illegal. I'd read the Terms and Agreement before I started using the graphics. As for a converter.... I doubt you'll find one. I'd just develop a system and start doing it by hand. It'll probably take you an hour to do 50 of them. Do you really have that many?

It's that I have that many currently, but I know it's easier to find them as compared the the paperdoll format
