Best results with custom move route and a wait time of 2 in-between frames. With an additional 12-60 frame wait on an empty graphic to create the impression of sporadic discharges. Intended for flickering lights, levers, switches, wires, circuits ect... As it is, you can place it a tile below wherever you want to spark. But most likely you'll have to make adjustments, sorry.
