XP or VX?

I have some questions before I make my final decision:

1. Are the events fairly easy to do like RM2K3?
2. What about the Set Face Graphic. Do you need a script or something for that on RMXP?
3. Are a lot of the events the same as RM2K3?
4. Do you think it's good that they separated the tiles into like 29 tilesets?
5. Does it work well on Windows Vista?
6. Is everything basically like RM2K3?
7. Can you put a script for making the Battle System like RM2K3?

PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAZE ANSWER :blush: !!! The more positives I get, the more likely I'll get RMXP.
