XP Characterset generators?

I did a quick search but I didn't find any that made charactersets that look like the XP RTP chars. This one fails to load the page for me.

Does it work for anyone else, or do you know of any other XP characterset generators?

Oh, my apologies. I will try and find the page somewhere on my PC, I have it backed up. When we removed the Wordpress it was in there, I didn't realise.
