I was never a big fan of the X-Men movies. This looks...ehhh. I'm not quite sure, actually. It looks decent, but I'd probably never see it in theatres. I'll rent it when it comes out though.

That would be Sabertooth.  God and you call yourself a geek.

um no?
in the x-men movie, sabertooth looks like this:

I mean I guess in the time that passes he could find some black-iris contacts and grow out his hair and mutton chops and make his teeth even pointier and lose some IQ points, but ... Yeah I don't think that's him.

Wow, that looks terrible. Did I just see Wolverine as a child with claws? This makes no sense.

Well [[NERD ALERT]]
Wolverine's claws are actually bone, [in the comics] when his adamantium skeleton was forcibly removed by Magneto much later (though i think it was a crossover??), his claws remained. but in the movies they're obviously metal so idk what's up there.

the movies sucked let's pretend they didn't happen.

well, the third one, at least. idk.

this looks kind of interesting. I never followed xmen much (though I LOVED the animated series as a little kid) but I always wondered just how long Wolverine had been around if he was supposedly immortal. sounds interesting, let's just hope they can avoid killing everyone off this time around.

ive never seen any of the xmen movies.. which is retarded cause i loves me some halle berry (no matter how terrible her movies are). <3

anyway, a movie completely about wolverine can only be good, right? wolverine is only one of the coolest comic book characters ever!

I creamed...a little bit. Gambit...finally. Did anyone else catch the bloody arm go flying when he sliced the soldier up? Cool. This one will good. The first two were cool, the third was meh. But Wolverine is a bad ass, so I'm game for this.

I saw this trailer when I went to go see The Day the Earth Stood Still (which was...  ok?) and I thought it looked absolutely awesome.

I can't wait.

Wolverine's claws are Adamantium, not bone... And he never had them as a child, they were put in him when he was much older. He was picked as a candidate for the surgery because of his regenerative mutations.

i will forever remember him as the dude from that boring ass 'the omen' remake (not that the original was any less boring) even if he is dressed up like sabertooth :{

Try being less of an uninformed buffoon. He's always had bone claws. The Weapon-X procedure only fused the adamantium to his skeleton.

not reading my nerdposts D:<

Wolverine's mutation also consists of animal-like adaptations of his body, including pronounced canines and three retractable claws housed within each forearm. While originally depicted as bionic implants created by the Weapon X program,[35] the claws are later revealed to be a natural part of his body.[36] The claws are not made of keratin, as claws tend to be in the animal kingdom, but extremely dense bone, and can cut substances as durable as most metals, wood, and some varieties of stone.[37] Wolverine's hands do not have openings for the claws to move through: they cut through his flesh every time he extrudes them.[38]

Rexxz is obviously correct, but it was retconned. so excuse me :<
