Xilef made a virtual pet!

My brother got the series 1 yellow in 1998 and I went looking for one but I got the first gen digivice instead, but that broke in a week so I got a replacement which then broke in a month, so I got a blue series 2 then a v2 Digivice and later got a green series 2 pet and so did my bro in 2001, I then gave away the blue one to a friend in 2003, bought the v4 Digivice and I still have my brother's green S2 and my S2, the yellow one broke. Batteries are out on some of them right now...
That's my life story as a DigiMon tamer.
I'll continue making series 2 tomorrow.

Those animations are very, well, not DigiMon like. It looks like you just took the image and edited it in paint leaving incorrectly sized pixels and animations that aren't true to the original V-Pet :-/
If I can get hold of any LCD sprite sheets then I'll gladly start this small project of mine again with your help.

O.o thats how i remeber them. Maybe you should share you sprite sheet and i could animate them off those?

If I had a sprite sheet I would share it, but sadly I only have access to 1 Frame per DigiMon.
(What if I did this in RMXP with Battle Mode and Feeding etc but with modern digimon sprites? And ofcourse multiplayer)

o.o It would be weird >> I might play it just to mess around. But how would you do the two player since you cant..Connect them.

It's just an idea. I'd do two player using savefiles like on the original Digimon World on PSX.
Anyways, Yay! Mine evolved into GreyMon!

Yes, all of series 1 has now evolved! They might go to ultimate level some time in the future. As for series 2, they are in rookie now, might go make some more of them.

For some reason the Image rotation hosts thought it would be funny to delete all of my stuff. That's 3 weeks of Digimon making wasted.
