XBOX360 Fund: The Aftermath (pics)

Thanks to you, I've recently purchased a new XBOX360! Yesterday (Sunday), Raven came over and we went out to pick it up. We headed to Gamestop first. They had exactly what we needed.

Because I don't have a TV of my own in my dorm, we also got a VGA cable to hook it up to my computer monitor. The Gamestop salesperson also suggested that I preorder Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts (and get a free code to download the original on XBOX LIVE), but I declined. In retrospect, it probably would have been a good idea for the promotional code alone.

But we made the purchase and left Gamestop triumphant:

the system is pretty awsome. i just don't like the fact that you have to pay for the good online modes and it's not even wi-fi, you need an ethernet cord.

And the PS3 is like twice as much as an Xbox?

I haven't played the Xbox version of the game (even though I have an Xbox and not a PS3 LOL!!!!), but from playing the PS3 version I can tell you that Vader actually sucks. He's slow as balls.

He's still better than a little shit that totally fucks up online play because he can't be grabbed or thrown, or hit by any high or mid attack (Yoda).

Also I didn't mind Vader much. He was slow but still serviceable.

I've never really looked too highly on anybody that puts a "Send me money" thing in their sig, it reminds me of the guy that sits outside of the Burger King parking lot all day looking like a broke ass instead of getting a job. However, you're pretty cute, so I guess its not so bad that you got one and I didn't... however I'll probably just pay for my own because I'm a baller like that !

I wanna get a 360 for Gears and Gears 2 but the whole Red Ring freaks me out. I've got horrible luck and I know I'd be the guy to get the machine that red rings.

Hell PS3's are filled with all types of shit errors.

The internet for one sucks ass. It delays sound like fucking crazy, and the better the model in terms of 'size' the less shit you get.

I'm glad I got one when they first came out but its been nothing but 'freezing' and corrupted data [[that repairs itself thank goodness] and other problems.

I love my PS3 to death but I mean if I had the chance to do it all over again...I would still get a PS3.

Dead Rising is what I want.

But Alone in the Dark is also something that has my attention. And since they're going to fix the PS3 version [[thank goodness]] I'll just deal with small issues here and there for that.
