WTF? Need some serious help :/

Ok... I've been using rpg maker for awhile now but today my sister downloaded the trial from the site and now when I try to open it it says "Failed to obtain the license from the nTitle server."

Help me please I got a project I'm working on and stuff  ???

Me thinks this is the wrong forum.

I've seen many people get that error, I never got that. Hopefully someone else can help.

Aree you using vista?

Hmm, you can try 1. copying the registry keys containing or inside anything related to "Protexis", 2. If you're on Vista, try running RMXP and the RGSS player (Game.exe) as Administrator.

I have the exact same problem, I'm trying install it onto my GF's Vista infested Laptop, and it doesn't want it at all.
I noticed when you install, the directory C:/Games isn't there, like on my Home XP computer - that's where it keeps my game saves (not sure if it's meant to)
