WTF? (DirectX error / script error)

I am having problems with rmxp.....

Every time I open it up it say's:

Failed to intialize DirectX Audio.

Then it closes rmxp....

And now every game I open to play....does not even work...

Please What do I do?

Is it becuase of me having tones of stuff open?

Or is it me having to mush Internet Explorers open?

Tell me please!

I won't to finnish my game!

Yeah, this happened to me and I just restarted my computer and it worked.

Actually, This happened to me when I didn't install my sound drivers. So maybe reboot it if restarting doesn't work.

I did both but....I keep getting it...

Oh ya I forgot to mention before the message pops up theres a send/don't send error report thing that pops up then I click don't send but then this problem happens....

EDIT: OK it is sorta working all I have to do is ignore the send/don't send error report thing.....

And I have one more problem...

I get this message:

NoMethodError occurred while running script.
Unddefined method for 'set_body' for #<Game_Actor:0*157d8d8>

(The * is a times symbol...)

IDK what to do it's ruining my chance to test my game....

Is it a script problem?

About the audio thing.  It does that on one of my computers that does not have a sound card.  Does you computer have a sound card?

And NVM...I got that to work....

so about the other question....

Did you mess with the script at all?  If not, try making another game called "test game," and try playing that.  If that one doesn't work, you have a problem.  If it's just your other one, I would think you did something to mess up the script (unless it just glitched).

I started a new game...and I did not get any errors...

and i even went to the scripts place and I found no mistakes on it...("By that I mean I stated a game and copied the script and pasted over it...")

Are you still having the problem?  If so, it probably glitched.  If you want to upload a demo, I'll be happy to look at it.

And I am not gona release a demo until I get my 2 requested scripts.....sorry...
