World map script

Hello, I am looking for a world map script that will let me set up different battles in different areas as well as let me change the battles in those areas later in the game.
Also I would like the script to shrink the character down while he is on the world map so he does not look like he is larger than a city O_o

Second can be made with events, just change the player graphic when entering the map
