Workshop for my Project

I got a new scanner yesterday so I promised myself I would start working on the graphics of a current project I have. I'm trying to take my time with these pictures unlike my regular art doodles.  So if you guys could give you opinions i'll even except digital redlining so I can get the best outcome thanks.

I'll be filling this up with everything from pictures to sprites. Really need c+C on the pixel stuff i'm no good with it. Oh yeah all graphics here you can use or edit just please give me credit for originals thanks.

the tree is horrible. the trunk is ok and the form of the leaves is actually decent (acceptable/tolerable), but what is with the details within the leaf clumps? fhfhfhfhfhfh -shudder-

I agree with you about the leave detail any suggestions, to be honest i just randomly placed pixels keeping my light source in mind. Also is the pallette alright do I need more colors?
