I don't know which rtp hunter this is... but It's the hunter... The Hunter doesn't have shoes and he has a sword unlike the Naramura Battler... who has a bow and arrow

Hmm. it might just be a personal thing with me, but I would suggest that you add darker outlines to the various parts of the spirte so they stand out more.. but overall I like the design of this guy... I would prbably define the hair a little more too... but other than that I like where this is started!

If you zoom in you will see that the sword is more unpixelated than the first frame sword.... THis is becasue I used a photoshop rotate.

That doesnt matter anyhow, the sword isnt what looks best on that battler. In my oppinion, the hair looks amazing.
