Thats looking very good i must say. I was going to say something about the black but then again its pretty well done as Black is such an annoying colour to contrast and work into things.

All i can recommend is sorting out the bottom of the trouser legs, make it look like they are more evened out cause they seem to be higher up on the far sides.

The black is a bit too dark, I cant see the shading at all. (If there is any). Instead, try grey or dark grey.

I know black is shit but i hope the ligth effekts make it better

I have add
-Tseng with the first frame *but is not finisht +800 zoom
-Rude with a litle more ligth effekts an a 800 zoom

You need more shading an more highlights.
The outstrocke must be a little bit darker.
But not bad for the beginning, keep trying some sprites and you will become a great pixler.
