in canada you get to work fresh outta the womb because this one time that one guy claimed his religion asked for it and we were too nice to say anything about it

but yeah people start working really young over here, mostly in summer camps, paperboys, that kind of things (i was paid 7.25$/ho working as assistant animator in a summer camp at 13).

That stuff varies state to state/country to county I think. Like in Ohio, you gotta be 16 to do non farmhand work.
