£150 is VERY cheap compared to everything else. I mean, 360 when it came out was around £300 (I think, never bought one so I dunno), X-Box origional was meant to be £300 but went down to £200 before even released, PS-2 was about £200.

The Wii is probly going to be easy to get in stores. Like I dont think they will sellout everywhere. I might get one at launch but all the games on it for launch look like crap but for that zelda game

Minkoff don't forget that Nintendo's plan is to put a Wii in every household. The Wiimotes can be expensive because I doubt many people will be buying them. If everyone has a Wii, they can bring their controllers to their friends' houses. Besides, the technology in those things probably justifies the price.

But hey, even with extra controllers and a couple of games, the Wii still costs shitloads less than the PS3.

Man I know like one person who's getting a Wii. None of my other friends really care, because most of the video games we play are multiplayer, and at my house (meaning I have to buy the fucking controllers or steal them from a friend like I did with the GameCube). I honestly don't give a shit what Nintendo plans on doing. I just hope either alot of games let you use the GameCube controllers or only take the Wiimote (and not the Nunchuck) because I am not made of money!

EDIT: Also MegaFlare might be right about that. I think they're shipping four million consoles in the US which is like ten times as much as the PS3.

also man any FIRST PARTY CONTROLLER is going to be pretty expensive when compared to the third-party knockoff brands. I mean like extra PS2/XBox controllers at launch were like $35 or so iirc. also the SPACE AGE MOTION SENSOR COFFEE MACHINE technology and shit pretty much necessitates the cost so.
