I've had some issues with certain staff members, but overall, they're pretty cool.  The only complaint I have is that they tend to get off-topic sometimes.  Other than that, I like how they're running things.  They let people be themselves and have honest opinions instead of censoring everything.  Stuff like this:

because people have a fucked up notion that everything must be censored and kid-friendly and that this site is here for the sole purpose of displaying their crappy soap operas made by 12-year-olds that they call RPG games.

This is stupid.  I believe the term used in this forum is "faggotry".  Everyone needs honest, straight-forward criticism, and if they can't take it, then they shouldn't be making a serious game.

He's become more professional on the forums, mostly.  In IRC he's still a spammy dick or whatever.  Mostly people said that, mainly because it was easy to say because they were either stuck up, or hated him for not being stuck up.
