Who's YOUR hero?

Oh come now people... by reading the first post I understand that your hero can be a fictional character, but honestly... no love for true heros? people who made a difference? you honestly care more about sephiroth than martin luthor kind jr.?
And as for this post not to be complete spam, My hero would have to be my grandfather on my dads side, I grew up on stories of him, and surving a worldwar, his jeep was actually flipped by a roadside bomb, and him and the other passanger had to drag the two front seaters about a mile to the closest friendly units for medical attention.

It would have to be Sanger Zambolt(or, for some of you, Zengar Zonvolt...). He's just so full of hotblooded awsomeness. Not to mention that he cleaves all that is evil!
In other media:
Edmont Dantes(Count of Monte Cristo), Karasu/Yuu(Noein), Dianna/Kihel(Turn A Gundam), Harry Ord(Turn A Gundam).
Edmont is there because he is just... well... He's EDMONT FREAKING DANTES. I can't say much about Karasu and Yuu without spoiling the story of Noein. Dianna and Kihel in Turn A Gundam however were hugely influential characters in the world of Turn A, and ended up uniting the earth and the moonrace.
As for Harry Ord, for those that have seen Turn A Gundam, I only need to say one thing:
UUUUUUNNNNIIIIVVVVEEERRRRSSSSEEEE!
