Who does have Netplay+ 3.0???? I really need it.

I had found an information about NP+3.0, but it had been making.
SO I waited, and few days ago I heard about it finished and released.
But the link of the site was broken, So I couldn't get it...
If you have it, please Upload it or If you can, then Email it(hd1995@naver.com) please.
I really need it.
Because, do you know about Korean(Language)? A letter made with 2-5 characters.
So When i tried to make Chat system, I always failed.
I need to get all of the combinations of 2-5 characters.
But I heard that NP+3.0 make it well. If you have it, Please upload for me,,, please.
