White Knight Character Sets

Okay...I need some people with WHITE armor. Anyone out there think they could take some of the character sets and give them white armor? I like Lancer01's armor. If I can get at least one set of White armor, I can add heads and make them look different and the like. Can someone help me out with that?

Interesting looking lordnick, but it's too gray..it looks like a ghost. Durastik, yours is pretty good. I'm not sure I like the warrior one, but the lancer one is good, though...maybe not the right color, exactly...I'm not sure. I'm aiming for white armor, but maybe not 100% white...hmm...

Trust me, 100% white armour looks terrible, I have a white Thief 03 if you want it too.

Generally when people think of a "White Knight" the armour is indeed not white. Realistically (speaking from my blacksmithing experience now), steel cannot be heat treated and tempered to reach a white colour. The only possible way to get steel or any metal for that fact to a white-ish colour would be to either paint it or dye it (Doesn't look as good. To give you an idea of what this would look like, look at the end of a gun barrel. That colour is more commonly known as Gun Barrel Blue...and it's dyed or heat treated to a very VERY dark colour). Sometimes with age, the dye at the barrel of a gun can start to fade or come off, leaving you with faded patterns or splotches.

White knights are more commonly known as soliders who wear silver armour that is highly polished (mirror like). Though mirror polishing wasn't common in the Dark Ages, it steadily took course through the Renaissance.

Notice how the entire suit may give the appearance of being white. This is just merely a high gloss shine that can be done with an electric sander and a high RPM buffer with coarse adhesive.

Yeah, this is true. It's just so far the armor has been too dark. Reflective-like armor stuff would be cool, it's just all the armor has been too dark, though. I like white-ish armor. Silver would be good, but too dark a metal won't look right. I'm just saying so far most of it has been too dark of a metal.
