Where to find Character "Avatars" (Faces)

I've seen a lot of custom stuff, but I can't really locate any of my own. This would be something like the face of your characters in the menu, and their battle figures. This also goes for a lot of the monsters, since I either can't get 100% of the color to go away or all of the monsters aren't the same sort of "theme".

Is there a place where I can get a lot of this art?
