Where is netplay+ at?????

Can someone point me to the netplay+ It seemed to have gotten lost on the website that isnt up atm. Can you just post somewhre if you have it. Thank you very much in advance and when you deliver.

For the past few days it's been in a Beta that can be tested (not used to make your game online).

I'm not sure why it's down.
