Where Can I Find A Script That Produces Light Via An Comment On An Event

I'm looking not for a shadow script, but a script that just produces light on an event. I've seen some games here that use this, but i can't a script even close on here. Basically I need this so I can tint a map darker and still have my event marks illuminated.
